Acupuncture is an ancient system of healing developed over thousands of years as part of the traditional medicine of China, Japan and other eastern countries.
It has a very positive model of good health and function, and looks at pain and illness as signs that the body is out of balance. The overall aim of acupuncture treatment, then, is to restore the body’s equilibrium.
Julie Weston is a highly experienced, ethical, successful practitioner. Qualified in 1993, taught at Northern College Acupuncture and Salford University, and is a member of the BAcC.
